Just left a grocery store and the gentlemen in front of me was on Cloud 9. By that, I mean he was extremely talkative and happy. He said it was so great to be able to wake up and enjoy the day. He had asked me how I was and I indicated that I was good. He took my answer of "good" to mean, I was unhappy. That was not actually the case. I was just thinking about my lists of things to do and getting home to make a snack (I was starving!!).
I recall going to an offsite when the Director of Engineering challenged us all to Make It A Great Day.
Now, that I have had a bite or two to eat and a chance to reflect on my interaction in the grocery store, I am going to try to recommit to making each day a great day!
Will join me?
